Church Flowers

Kelvedon Church Flowers

With the exception of Advent (the month before Christmas) and Lent (the six week period before Easter) our beautiful Church is adorned by flowers courtesy of our faithful band of volunteers. Each volunteer agrees to provide and arrange flowers in a particularly spot in Church for a month and ensures that the flowers are fresh for Sunday services. In addition, for special festivals throughout the year, namely Easter, Harvest and Christmas, other vases or areas are also decorated.

Unfortunately our volunteers are unable to provide specific flowers for weddings, but if you let us know your colour theme in plenty of time, the arrangers will be asked if they can provide flowers of that colour if at all possible. We do try to provide flowers at the font for both weddings and baptisms.

If you would like to try your hand at flower arranging you would be most welcome to join us. We were all novices once, so do not be afraid to try.
