ANNUAL PAROCHIAL CHURCH MEETINGS
The gradual relaxation of restrictions (under the Government’s “road map”) has enabled both PCCs to make provisional arrangements for this year’s meetings at which we can review the past year (which has been like no other!) and plan for the future (including the election of Church officers).
If you wish to be able to vote at these meetings, you need to be registered on the Electoral Roll of the relevant church by the due date. Details of how to join the Electoral Roll are given below.
St Mary’s – Sunday 23 May in church at approx. noon (following the 11.00 a.m. service). Forms to join the Electoral Roll can be found at the back of the church or from the
Churchwardens. Completed forms should be returned by 2 May to one of the Wardens:
Anne Hackworth, “Lances”, Church Street (Tel: 571289)
Simon Prideaux, 59 Heron Road (Tel: 571436)
All Saints’ – Thursday 27 May in church at 4.00 P.M.
Forms to join the Electoral Roll can be found at the back of the church or from
Jean Yems, “Braeburn”, Sherwood Way (Tel: 571787)
Completed forms should be returned to Jean by 6 May.
